Shipping and Return Policies

At this time shipping costs have been calculated for selected items only within the U.S. and Canada. If any items in your cart show a shipping cost of "$0.00" on the next page, your order will be emailed to us first, and then we will contact you with further instructions. Please ask about international shipping. All product is shipped from British Columbia by Canada Post.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
Creative Sound Solutions tries to operate on the basis of 100% customer satisfaction. For products produced under the CSS brand name there is a 45-day NO HASSLE return policy. Products distributed in Canada, the United States, or the rest of the world from the quality manufacturers we represent may be subject to different terms, but we will work diligently to resolve all issues.

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your product, and we are unable to resolve whatever issue you have, return it to us within 45 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Just a few minor stipulations:

  • All products must be returned in original shipping boxes.
  • Contact us for a return authorization number and display this on the outside of the box.
  • Products over C$100 must be insured during return shipping.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Special order items, product with signs of use, items damaged en route to us due to improper packing, and items damaged as a result of improper use or assembly are not returnable.
  • Please note that we unable to account for currency fluctuations.
